ROCKY MOUNT, NC (July 7, 2010) – Seven Hardee’s restaurants operated by Boddie-Noell Enterprises earned the 2010 Restaurant Operational Excellence Award from Hardee's Food Systems, Inc. for outstanding performance over the past year.
Boddie-Noell received seven out of the total 10 Operational Excellence awards this year, bestowed to franchise restaurant locations across the country.
The Operational Excellence Award is based on three specific guidelines: an individual restaurant’s performance in quality assurance audits, its score on an operational assessment and no more than one guest complaint. Less than 1 percent of the 1,231 Hardee’s franchise restaurants nationally earned the award.
The seven Boddie-Noell Hardee’s recipients include the restaurant in Fayetteville at 5508 Raeford Road as well as in Durham on South Alston Avenue; in Kannapolis on Jackson Park Road; in Emporia, Va., on Market Street; in Lawrenceville, Va., on South Hicks Street; in Virginia Beach, Va., on General Booth Boulevard; and in Springfield, Ky., on Bardstown Road.

The awards were presented at a special awards banquet held in St. Louis, Mo. on June 29.
