Rose Hill Conference Center

This beautifully restored 18th century manor home and working farm is an elegant location for corporate events, parties and weddings.

In 1762, England's King George III ceded an expansive country estate outside of Raleigh, N.C. to the Boddie family. It took nearly 30 years to complete the grand family home, christened Rose Hill Plantation.

Over 100 years later, an expansive renovation project by the original owners' ancestors served to preserve the home's elegance, and prepare the facility for modern use. Today numerous conferences and events scheduled on the grounds allow visitors to enjoy Rose Hill Conference Center, and the 830-acre working cattle farm that surrounds it.

“I have learned over the years that what you do or have is measured more by the quality than the quantity. In my business career this has always been my goal, and I think the quality of Rose Hill exemplifies this. Rose Hill Farm and Rose Hill Conference Center is and has been a tremendous source of pride and gives me a great sense of self-satisfaction. I am very grateful that the Good Lord helped me avail myself of the opportunity and the means by which I have been able to restore an historical landmark. Hopefully it will be enjoyed for many generations by people from all walks of life.” - Mayo Boddie, Sr., Chairman of Boddie-Noell Enterprises
